Warranty Policy for AJ Appliance Service World
Company Status: Independent Service Provider (ISP)
Effective Date: 13/12/2025
At AJ Appliance Service World, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the reliability of the parts we install. This policy outlines the specific terms and conditions of the warranty provided on our service and the parts used.
1. Labor Warranty
We provide a specific warranty on the labor performed by our technicians.
| Warranty Term | Coverage Details |
| Duration | 90 days from the original service date. |
| Coverage | If the same failure or defect recurs within the warranty duration, we will dispatch a technician to re-diagnose the issue and perform the necessary corrective labor at no additional charge to the customer. |
| Exclusions | This warranty applies only to the exact repair performed. It does not cover new, unrelated failures, or subsequent damage caused by the original problem or other appliance components. |
2. Parts Warranty
All parts installed are covered by the warranty provided by the original supplier or manufacturer.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: New parts installed by AJ Appliance Service World are covered by the warranty offered by the original parts manufacturer or supplier. This typically ranges from 30 days to one year.
Warranty Scope: Our responsibility is limited to installing a working replacement part under the terms of the manufacturer’s part warranty. We do not provide an additional warranty on parts beyond what the manufacturer offers.
Used/Refurbished Parts: If used or refurbished parts are installed (only with prior customer approval), they carry a limited warranty of 30 days or no warranty, as specified on the original invoice.
3. Exclusions and Limitations (What Is Not Covered)
The warranty offered by AJ Appliance Service World is strictly limited to the labor and parts mentioned above. Our warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
New or Unrelated Failures: Any failure of the appliance that is not directly tied to the specific service or part replacement originally performed.
Customer Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, power surges, pest infestations, or improper installation of utility connections.
Pre-Existing Conditions: Failures or issues with other components of the appliance that existed prior to our repair.
Intermittent Problems: Issues that cannot be duplicated or verified by our technician during the follow-up warranty visit.
Damage from Other Providers: Any problem resulting from service or repair work performed by a third party after our original service.
Diagnostic Fee: The initial, non-refundable Diagnostic Fee is never included in any warranty coverage.
